1) No purchase is necessary to enter this prize draw.
2) One entry per person.
3) To enter the prize draw entrants must visit http://www.skitracer.com/win-a-ski-holiday.htm and enter a valid name, email address and telephone number.
4) Entries will be accepted between 9am Saturday 18th Jan and midnight Sunday 16th Feb.
5) Eligible entries will automatically be entered into the holiday prize draw to be drawn on Monday 17th February 2014.
6) There will be one winner selected via a random draw.
7) Entrants must be aged 18 or over to be eligible to enter.
8) Entrants must be a resident of the United Kingdom to be eligible to enter.
9) Holiday prize is valid for two adults only.
10) This promotion excludes employees of Skitracer or Skiworld, their families and anyone professionally connected to the promotion. Entries via third parties or agents will not be accepted.
11) Winners will be notified via email within 2 working days of the prize draw ending.
12) The prize draw winner must respond to the notification email within 48 hours in order to confirm their acceptance. Holiday must be booked by 28 Feb 2014
13) The winner may be required to take part in publicity in connection with the prize draw.
14) If prize winners do not respond to their notification email within the stated time frame Skitracer retain the right to select another eligible winner at random and without notifying the original winner.
15) There will be one holiday prize provided by Skitracer in conjunction with Skiworld that consists of:
a. Flights to and from London Gatwick to Geneva.
b. Coach transfers between the airport and Verbier ski resort.
c. Accommodation for 7 nights in Chalet Arcades, Verbier with chalet board on 6 nights (chalet staff have 1 night off when you will be required to eat out at your own expense).
16) The holiday is subject to availability and must be taken by 12 April 2014. Peak holiday dates including 5th and 12th April are excluded from this prize.
17) The value of the holiday prize provided by Skiworld is approximately £1500. This value is likely to change dependant on package, resort and time of year.
18) Prize involving travel: (a) All travel, holiday or health insurance, and any required visas shall be the responsibility of the prizewinner(s) and not Skitracer (b) Travel dates may be restricted; (c) Bookings must be before 12th April 2014; (d) The prize is subject to availability on a specific quota per resort and departure date and must be accepted as offered; (e) All requests are at the management’s discretion. In the event that the preferred resort cannot be offered, an alternative may be offered and can only be accepted for the dates specified; (f) Availability in any booking systems does not guarantee that the chosen date/resort will be authorised. All requests must be approved by Skitracer Head Office and are subject to strict terms & conditions. (g) Additional costs are not included within the holiday prize (for example travel to and from UK airports, excursions, extra drinks / snacks outside mealtimes, specific sports tuition or ski hire). Should the holiday prize winner wish, the holiday may be extended or further passengers added at extra cost to the holiday prize winner. Lift passes, ski hire, ski carriage and tuition are not included in the prize and can be booked with Skitracer at an additional cost.
19) All decisions of Skitracer will be final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
20) No responsibility will be taken by Skitracer for any entries that are illegible, incomplete, misdirected, lost for technical or other reasons or received after the closing date.
21) If for any reason an advertised prize is unavailable Skitracer reserves the right at its absolute discretion to substitute a similar prize of equivalent value. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
22) Skitracer reserves the right to disqualify any entrant to any prize draw which it considers has used improper technical means to enter.
23) Neither Skitracer nor any of their promotional prize partner(s) will be responsible for any accident or injuries incurred throughout the duration of the prize.
24) For the purposes of this prize draw, “the duration of the prize” is defined as commencing when the winners begin their journey to the departure airport and ending after they have completed their journey home from the UK arrival airport.
25) By agreeing to the marketing permissions of this prize draw entrants agree to Skitracer accessing and using their personal information for marketing purposes.
26) The information you provide will only be used for email marketing purposes and not shared with any third parties. Entrants can opt out of receiving more information from Skitracer and their promotional partners when registering an entry.
27) As part of the notification process, the Skitracer team will contact the initial winner and if required subsequent winners (detailed in point 14) for agreement to accept the prize. Responsibility then lies with the prize winner to contact Skitracer via email or telephone to organise all required elements of the prize.
28) The name of the winner will be available from: Skitracer, 3 Vencourt Place, London, W6 9NU.
29) Entry into this prize draw confirms the entrant’s full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
