Has the same happened to others ?

Today i tried to enter three different comps each time i have received a warning saying my email addy has been over used multiple enteries not permitted on this email addy to enter come back in 24 hours, i do know i havent entered these comps or been to the sites before has anyone else had this problem i have never come across this before ?

One site was superdeluxeedition.com to win cd nilsson box set i cant find the other two at the moment.

Hmmm, that's a strange one.

Are you using a Hotmail email address? Some sites don't like those, as they can be used by spammers... Maybe they've restricted your email address provider, rather than your email per se?

Did you have another email address you could try?

Hi jessica , i use bt but can use a different email address .I never gave it a thought that my email provider may be restricted thank you for your help .

If it's BT, I would have thought that would have been fine. Have you tried again today - after the 24 hours it suggested you waited?

I tried again with no joy so i am now useing a different addy which has worked so it must be bt.

That's good - how weird though, I'd expect BT to be one of the easiest email addresses to use!
