Postal competitions - can you hand deliver entries

Just after some opinions here please! Is it acceptable in others compers opinions to hand deliver a postal competition entry?

I walk past the address for this competition daily
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4858397 and therefore if I can get all the answers it would be ideal to hand deliver instead!

Yes, I would always hand deliver local entries if it worked out convenient. Have done with our local paper. Good odds too for winning!
