I have a security check too, it's because I scan loads of stuff and delete. It makes no odds to me as they can't see any prices anf i'm not trying to steal anything.

I don't mind but sometimes if assistant busy she takes ages to do my check.

Today the only thing I scanned and didn't buy was the toilet roll but normally I scan loads things.

    Afternoon All
Just been looking on the Debenhams site - pretty rubbish this year on the 70% discounts, but just found a pair of boots called "Bendova" :rotfl: someone wasn't thinking.

So weird - when I went with Tiny shoes and her dodgy ankle earlier this week I was using hand held scanner to check prices and must have deleted about 40 items but when I sent to pay - fully expecting to be stopped I sailed through without it calling for a random check. Weird!

I find the easiest thing to do is just use scanner to check prices, and cancel as you go  Put scanner back and then go through normal till.

I've done similar twice this week - even scanned items for other people and was fully expecting to be security checked each time.

I put it down to having an innocent looking face :D
