Thank you for the replies. My results were as expected with just the colour working. I shall take the others back and get the £3.00 I paid for them, refunded. I only ordered 1 banana but got given 6 for 11p:)

So, my question this afternoon is
What is the most outrageous or extreme thing you have done in the quest for a bargain?
I don't mean things like, say, using a coupon, going outside and taking off your coat and going back in to use another coupon so that the SA doesn't recognise you - that's for beginners. I'm thinking more of telling outrageous porky-pies, or missing an important meeting or family gathering.:)
