Savvybuyer wrote: »These were comparing to £1.64 (or something very close to that) a week or so ago (weeks, and months, now pass me by...). And I think they were 150g (and there was no need to buy 2, especially as the mbuy is being picked up:rotfl:!). But T's doubled their price just before I was to have bought them in Mr A, and at that "expensive" £2.78 not worth it in my view. I might go for the 'whole' plaice though, assuming it's still looking good next time I shop (vs T) - don't need to just yet. (My NSDs saving me money:rotfl:.)
I did find on m.com that M have the Sweet Clems 600g back on 2 for £1 (actually, they were £1 bogo"f" last time but that's the same thing). Sadly it seems as soon as I have a 'win' over Mr A, they go and stop stocking the product or change its size. I can see no A Clementines on msm that would compare anymore:(. 2 for £1 is quite expensive, given that Aldi had some 600g ones at 39p for a pack (not now). At the moment, Lidl seems v. expensive for me for fruit - but Aldi have 89ps and 95ps on quite a range of apples and pears packs. Also Broccoli back at 49p. (There was a prominent red offer price label, indicating a reduced price to 89p, on the Braeburn apples pack in my store. But I noticed the Cox apples pack, next to them, appeared to contain up to 1 more apple and was the same price (no 'shouting' offer promo. on them) so I chose them instead:rotfl:.)
I'm losing the thread (again:rotfl::rotfl:), not literally(:rotfl:), so, next post, I'll mention a few Morries offers together, in the one post. Plus I'll go on about vs T for Northern Ireland folks - and everyone else as well.
It is possible that someone might want to buy them this week and not in a week or a month or sometime during this year.0 -

Hi there - I'm new around here but have been an avid lurker for a while. Not sure if you're aware of a wait rose glitch at the moment....
Can't post a link but search for ribeye steak at wait rose
Their essential ribeye steak is up at £6.30 per kilo on their website - it actually should be £20.99 per kilo.
I've made two orders for this so far and this is what happened:
1st order - for delivery. Ordered 5 x units of steak (31.50) then stuff to take it to the £50 for min order / free delivery. When order came there were 5 packs of steak and I had been charged 6.30 per kilo. Very cheap for ribeye steak.
Next order was placed by my partner for collection. Again, ordered 5 units. When collected we had been charged the pack prices in the store (@20.99 per kilo) - queried this and showed them the website and had difference refunded.
Don't forget free bottle of champagne (selling at 19.99) with first order in January - hence me ordering and partner ordering....
Makes for a rather cheap deal.
Hope that helps someone0 -

Put my name down for this. Hope it works. Hate my dark circles :eek:The p0megreat super 8, buy 8 get 8 free.. when you enter the codes, does it give you vouchers or something back? I've entered one but it just says it's been banked.
Took this quote from the last thread. TigerWhite, did you do this after all. I just entered 8 codes and noticed most of them were the same. They accepted them all. Says they could ask for proof of purchase though. Will save mine, but just thought others could just buy one carton and use the same code 8 timesThere is a coupon somewhere to get 50p off a carton.
Says a voucher will be emailed to me, one a week for the next 8 weeks to get a free carton of p0megreat. Still waiting for confirmation email though.0 -

(I know there's quite a few Elite-ers in and around Bristol, and if any of them are involved in the arts or arts organisations, I thought this might be of interest…)
Art spaces available, Bristol/South-West
East Street Arts (http://eaststreetarts.org.uk/) have been given 2 vacant pubs in south Bristol (BS13, BS14) and 3 pubs in Bridgewater as part of the InSitu project. They are going to be redeveloped in the near future but can be used as art spaces (studio, project and showing space) in the meantime.
Full of memorabilia and furniture to make use of, including traditional skittle alleys and pool / snooker tables. East Street Arts are open to all suggestions for use, and are looking for local artists and art organisations to collaborate with.
Get in touch with Vikki at East Street Arts for more information:
