Really enjoyed my first day back
I'm classroom based this week to update before I head back clinically. It was actually lovely to have a coffee break where I could just sit down without interruption by small people
So sorry to hear your sad newsThank goodness you had a chance to reconcile and create some memories. A lesson for us all not to put things off.
Me too1350

So after using the other Saturday night
when I got home and unpacked
I looked at receipt as you do
and I had paid for 3 pairs of socks though I had
only got 2 and had put one back
but forgot to remove it
so next time in store I asked cs had they any securities
in place as I had over charged myself
she said no just if you haven't paid for something . now I got the caterpillar set today too but it was £2-50
do different stores sell at different prices ?
Just checked my reciept and def £2.00. I think some stores do vary in their pricing.
Aau ..I love your bargains today..I will have to look out for those tinsOne cannot change the past, but one can ruin the present by worrying over the future.0 -

Along the same lines with the burgers, today I bought 3 packs of mince in the 3 for £10, pp compared £12 against A's £9. Not the biggest saving in the world but I needed this anyway:)
Got ones with garlic. Didnt compare to any other supermarkets
Manage to use 3 orchard vouchers so not all bad :T0 -
TrulyMadly wrote: »What fab news TS.....the bungalow not your ankle...they say everything happens for a reason........the bungalow not your ankle..........best sit tonight with it up on a cushion.....your ankle of course:D
Think you are all in for a long night with me. :rotfl:
I am sat up with a cushion but over my toes, have just iced it for another 20 minutes to help the swelling but my foot is now bloomin freezing.
I am over the moon with the new offer, fingers crossed it all goes well this time. I did not accept it straight away even though was £1,000 more than previous one I sat on it all afternoon while other buyers looked and without asking it was upped another £3,000 so they must be keen. I am really happy with the price, not a family but an older lady but I'm sure the bungalow will be happy with that, it is used to them.0 -
I wonder if Dodo is up for wheeling me round Ts. :rotfl:
I'm sure we were meant to be having an Elite meet this week.0 -
Forgot to say I was another one with cancellation for that Obaby Stroller and Footmuff from Ts. Doesn't look like any being honoured does it.0
