Perhaps you could do a list of pros and cons and see which comes out best,
ie what have I got to gain/loose by meeting her and think carefully of the consequences.
Wait until you have a clear head and have some idea of what you hope to achieve.

Scamps I am off to bed - just one piece of advice from me. Let your head rule your heart on this one. Sometimes you have to be hard on yourself and pretend that the heart does not exist. It is time to build a wall and protect yourself. What advice would you give to another in the same situation? - write it down and follow it. :heart2::heart2::heart2:

Good Luck Logie....although Im sure you won't need it. What a massive day for you! It's amazing how far you've come.....enjoy getting back to normal :A
