  • That looks a bit like my below-ground-level kitchen/dining area:) - mine is different colour scheme, though, and smaller, and has stone steps not concrete.

Don't know if this is any good for pp.

I'm sure savvybuyer will soon comment if not.

And that was all I was going to put in this post. Until:

(:rotfl:I've just noticed the products now - low price on those is £1:eek: and they are tiny sachet things aren't they? Not even worth £1 in my view, so I wouldn't price match anyone on that!:D)

    Are you gonna have this?

    http://www.cvcdirect.co.uk/cvchome.html

House at the top of the lane has it installed, don't know if it's any good though.

I've read about these, in fact my head is over flowing with gismos and gadgets. The only thing we have made up are mind on is a wood burning stove, brown water system, and air recovery unit, but need to sort out the final details. I would like a ground source heat thingymebob, or a wood burning boiler to do the central heating, and solar panels for the water in summer... but we are on a very tight budget and every penny counts.

I like these systems as they are good for allergies, but I am struggling with the idea of having a very long tube that is plugged into the walls. I still call the vacuum a hoover!

assuming the ambulance also went through the light while red. their photo would also be taken. so if you got a ticket the evidence should be available.

Or maybe the ambulance service would keep records of the route their emergency vehicles have taken. You never know (I'm aware at least one ambulance service does keep such records). So, if you know the time, date and location, you may be able to show the ambulance was there. A freedom of information request to the appropriate ambulance service may produce the information (they have so many days to respond). More info. at www.ico.gov.uk

Or I may be going off on a wild-goose chase. Again:o:o:o.
