Thanks tiger I always have drunk lots of water due to being advised to do so by my consultant butit's bit cold and uninteresting although very good for you.Have just found a pkt of lemon greentea so just going to have a cuppa of that:)0 -

Lol why don't we get a tandem an d we can pedal like hell along the coast
. I have thought about getting a foldaway bike so I can put it in the boot and drive somewhere where it would be safe but don't know if I would actually use it enough to warrant it. Rode a bike on a road once years ago and got knocked off poor Susie. Or of course there s sexercise
