I'm sorry guys but I have to ask this....

I'm trying to epilate for the first time, so far (after almost an hour) I have managed to turn it on and place it near my leg-it pulled one hair and I suddenly came down with Tourette's

Any hints or do I just need to get over it??

    Tia

Warm your legs up by running a hot shower over them first, make sure you dry them off well.

I used to do this, I no longer have to - have been epilating for many years. I even do my underarms :D My legs now have bald patches, and my underarms only need doing once in a blue moon now :D

Sorry haven't checked if this on the list

M & S simply food Binley Retail park Coventry Yes for ss tills, No for vouchers.

When I asked re vouchers was told that M & S never ever ever ever....have vouchers...never never never, not since dinosaurs roamed the Earth.
Well she didnt say the last bit but you get the idea.

This isn't just any lie...this is a Marks and Spencers lie...;)

SADA-what a palaver....all vouchers taken away and checked and then...yes you can use them...no you can't use the e gift card it doesn't scan....calls someone else over because I refused to believe that they were not going to accept a SADA e gift card (the bespoke one) After 15 mins they finally figured out how to do it-with a few nudges from me... I tell you I wasn't going anywhere till they accepted it..I have patience I can wait.
It used to be Toscos that got on my nerves for trouting but SADA are now on my hate list...best revenge is to get even so I'll just up my apg shopping there and use vouchers as often as I can.;)

Ohhhhh don t mention SADA s to me I could write a book about them, and their " colleagues " lack of knowledge

I've done a test shop already, just going for some more before posting, as the local [STRIKE]vulchers[/STRIKE] lurkers will empty out my store :D

    Frequent where are you!!!
Did my M&S voucher shop tonight, no problems.
Six ready meals, two cartons of soup, three jars of pasta sauce, three jars of pesto, £31.58 in total, for £11.42.:j:j:j
(I got the pasta and pesto as I'm running out of fridge space, and they were 3 for 2; the veggie ready meal selection wasn't that great, either.)
I took pen and paper, and calculator, to write everything down and add it up properly. (The store detective followed me around for a while, must've looked suspicious.) I paid cash, and nearly put my paper money in the coupon slot by mistake:o
I've put a smiley face on the bit of the receipt I like best.:)

Thanks to OP, and everyone who posted guidelines & tips etc.
    Super-special thanks to DesparateScousewife:A:A:A

Jelly, well done. Was you sweating when you went through the till! I think I will get some of the veggie meals... it I get a chance!
I usually rub my skin with some talcum powder, this makes the epilator run more smoothly on the skin, apart from that, just grin and bear it:D

I struggled with an epilator, hated shaving, and waxing... well it was terrible! I loved laser treatment and strongly recommend it to anyone!!!

haha lots of pages...I thought i had missed a glitch but it was much better - epilating IS very VERY painful!

I suggest copious amounts of alcohol!
