    Can somebody advise me on a smart phone or tablet?

    I want to spend as little as possible and I would like a simple device as I only want to scan things in store and use it to receive offers through aps

    The last time I had DTD I heard the girl on cs saying I had used the store scanner :o

    So I want to avoid using their scanners as it could chuck a spanner in the works for a DTD
