  • Right guys, i am sat here gearing myself up, absolutely bricking it at the thought of doing a M&S shop, worse case scenario is i have left my bankcard at home but can i ask, when you scan the first coupon, does the machine "shout" at you to insert coupon into slot?

The reason i ask is that our M&S is only a small "quiet" store so dont want to draw attention to myself.

Also, if i chose to buy a meal deal with NO alcohol but go for the non alcoholic choice will it be easier for me as will not need SA to authorise anything, or does she need to autorise the coupons?

It`s nice to be important, but its more important to be nice.
The world is full of people throwing stones at us. Its what you do with them that counts. Build a wall or build a bridge.

All tills I've used have been silent, thankfully! Deep breath and don't panic... and you can always use the back button! Good luck!SA doesnt need to authorise coupons.

Good luck to everyone who will be partaking in the Boots sale tomorrow. You could always be super cheeky, nip in store today, pick up items you want, take them to the electrical section / nappies section, hide them behind large items and then go in your own time tomorrow and pick them up, unless some moose goes in and finds them before you.

    Happy shopping.
