Thanks for your help guys and yes, looks like the list is mahooooosively out of date.

If it hasn't already been done, what do you think about starting a list of stores with hand held scanners?? Particularly useful at this time when it's all about scanning like mad.

If so can I start off with the only one I know:

    STORES WITH HAND-HELD SCANNERS

    Kensington, Cromwell Road

    http://www.tesco.com/storelocator/scan-as-you-shop.asp

Just put your post code in here and it'll tell you your closest stores with scan was you shop :)

The one in the crisps aisle - loads of crates of Strongbow placed in front of it (so maybe that's the one you meant). It's been removed - there were wires coming out of a hole in the wall  I was gutted

Didn't know there was one in the games aisle! Will look next time, ta

It's on the pillar under the mirror :D

Just back from shoes and 3 aisle of Christmas stock all ready for the big discount, the staff have not been told when it will be.:(
I was buying 'Ghost' perfume and nearby there was a basket of Givenchy samples, (impregnated wipes) of PLAY, 2 in a pack one for men & one for women. No-one policing them.:) May be useful for smelly hampers.
If you have an NHS discount card the discount comes off the original price not the offer price which was a nice surprise.:)

Scamps, pleased you're feeling a bit more upbeat today and lovely that QoC could visit.
