Bargain! Well done :T:T I have some of these, I grow trailing lobelia in mine

Not quite as good bargain as I first thought can't find the smaller ones when googling. ;)

Mr TS says they will be good for his herbs. :D

Don't think I have ever seen such a rush for something other than whoospie time. :rotfl:

Wow. So exciting reading and looking at all the bargains you all got. Off to Tosco tomorrow morning. Wish me luck. No doubt all the shelves will be empty, but whatevs, will be such fun.

    Have a good evening all.

Just to flag up the Clicksnap offer:Heinz spaghetti, hoops & alphabetti in tomato sauce 400g: Buy 3 Get £1
Can be redeemed twice at any supermarket by 19 Jan.

The spaghetti and hoops (but not alphabetti) are 2 for £1 in Tesco and Waitrose until 21/01.
So 6 for total of £1.

Nicked this from another thread, but wondering if one of the mathematical ones on here :D can work out what the APG would be if bought 6 tins of hoops in A's for 59p each

    tia :)

Thread about asbestos in artex here https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/239278

Without even reading that thread...I would bet my bottom dollar on ancient artex having asbestos in it....you really don't wanna be breathing that dust in....it is a killer :(

That's why we have kept our artex ceilings downstairs, the girls were young when we moved in. Was bad enough finding out the old paintwork was leaded. :(

We have the joy of having an asbestos garage being taken down once the bungalow sells and I have funds to build a new one here. Will be getting it done professionally it's just not worth the risk.
