    Try one of the new solar-powered ones, no good at this time of year but go non-stop in summer:)

    We got a Candy grand evo washer last year from ao.com. free delivery too and they delivered on sunday. It wasn't expensive and certainly does the job - even has a 15 min cycle, although most stuff goes in on the 1 hour jeans wash :j

    I love the 15 minute wash, as the kids are always putting just one or two things in... I am sure it saves a fortune. They don't care if it is washing for 2 hours, 1 hour or 15 minutes! But they do care when I turn it off mid way through a wash... they are getting better at the 15 minutes wash!:p:p
