Thank You Lastpass

I use Lastpass to save all my website passwords. When I won my iPad I thought I would try & comp on it. I soon discovered that without my passwords I could not comp on the iPad.

Lastpass has two apps for iPad, a free one & one for premium customers, in other words for people who pay yearly for Lastpass (I use the free version on my laptop).

The free one did not give me access to my passwords so I sent a message asking Lastpass if I upgraded to the premium Lastpass would it work on the iPad the same as on my laptop.

I had a reply saying they have upgraded me free of charge to Premium for three weeks so I can try the iPad app out

How lovely was that.

I am so pleased I went from Roboform to Lastpass.

So not a win as such but it feels like one

It's sounds generous, but I'm currently on a 14 day trial with LP on my Google nexus tablet.

Strange how they treat Apple users differently to Android users.

That's not fair Mclarkie. You could always message them & say you know someone who has a iPad & has been given three weeks free.

What I was confused about was how I managed to get a 14 day full trial, just by downloading the app, and you had to email them first to get your 3 week trial.

Yes it is strange it's a different system for iPad & Android
