I remember reading in a magazine recently about a cookery school that does batch-cooking sessions for busy people to fill their freezers for a month.
Does anyone know who/where they are? I think this would be good for a collegue at work.

Are you thinking of DinnersMade? They don't seem to have many locations yet though, only Solihull (and I think there is/was one in Richmond upon Thames) and a few others coming soon.0

yes, I think that's them. Bit of a long way to go to Brum to make dinner, even if it is freezable! Think I'll tell my friend to keep an eye out for them, though!0
