1/28 for me please
Given myself a ridiculous target but I need to change. I saw some of the people from the last drinking session this week. Surprisingly they were very nice about it but I cant let any of that happen again. My 28 day target will help. Im a much better version of myself when im sober. Hope its going well for everyone and December not too challenging2017- 5 credit cards plus loan

Well not achieved any AFDs so far but I am ok with that. I've spent the last few days with people I used to work with and we have visited a Christmas markets and wandered around. I have had gluhwein but not too much and it felt like a conscious choice. So I hope to report my first AFD of the month on Monday. Great to see others have already started with their AFDs.0

Morning all, missed my November target by 2 so ended up 28/30, bit disappointed in myself really and don't know why I spoilt it but hey ho onward and upward. Going to set a lower target for December with 10 and tonight will be the first one. Got quite a few evenings out this month but going to offer to drive, my main problem is drinking at home and when I start I don't seem to have an off switch!DF by Christmas 2014 #78 £18,964.15/£15,000
