Ideas for a free personal diary?

Hi, not sure if this is in the right place?

I have made a monthly printable calendar using word doc. but I also need a small personal diary for my handbag. Do any of you know of any website giving them away for free? I know I'm being a cheapskate as they only cost a few quid but it all helps. ;)

    poundland and 99p Store sell them but you might of missed them by now because they are usually available in November - December. I get one every year to keep records.

    I don't know of or really want a free one because they would not fulfil my requirements.

    For My PC I use ReminderFox extension because my browser is always open.

    DH usually gets given a couple of diaries by clients and passes one on to me. For some reason this year he has only received one so I had to buy one from a charity shop.
