Microsoft applications refresher

Hi all
Having finally found my ideal post 2 years after being sacificed from the public sector I would like to brush up on all microsoft applications particularly excel and outlook.
I'm after an on-line free refresher that is ''stop and start'' as required.
Any recommendations please ?
I am doing an assessment at a local FE college to check my competence (incompetence:rotfl: ) before starting some self-funded formal refresher / training prior to starting the job in 2 weeks. My new employer is a charity and thats why I've decided to self-fund.
My initial thoughts are to do ECDL ? The on-line refresher is just to kick start me before the assessment.

You may qualify for funding for the training, contact the College and ask if they have access to either ESF Skills Support for Redundancy/Unemployment/Workplace Learning.
ECDL is fundable through this, depending on your circumstances.
Alternative as posted is Alison as well.0 -
I suggest you confirm with your new employer which version of Office they are using, many charities will carry on using older versions to keep costs down, so there's no point in doing Word 2010 training when they are using Word 2003.0

The Microsoft Office Website has online tutorials for all their individual products. There are bitesized courses on individual elements of each programme so you can dip in an out or choose which areas are most appropriate.
