Organising a Wedding Fayre in Stoke on Trent

Hi
I am organising a wedding fayre in stoke-on-trent. Its going to be on 16th march 2014. We already have some exhibitors confirmed for the event but can people give me ideas of what exhibitors I should be asking to attend (I dont want to miss anything out if possible)
Its going to be an intimate wedding fayre held in a local sports hall and their function rooms concentrating on local suppliers who often cant get into these BIG "cattle" type wedding fayres. Also we are limiting suppliers to only 2-3 of each category s that everyone gets a fair chance.
