Shortlist competitions... Anyone else have problems?

Hi all
Mum trying to enter some shortlist competitions however it just keeps saying 'to enter you must subscribe to mr Hyde' I have subscribed and I'm not sure what I can do to get around this?

Are you ticking the 'subscribe to Mr Hyde' box on each comp entry?

Although already subscribed, I need to tick the box every time I enter a comp...

Yup it still dislikes me just tried it with un-ticking and re-ticking the box and still no joy

Maybe clearing the cache / cookies in your browser?

Do you have the same problem with The Stylist ones that require you subscribe to ?Emerald Street? ?

I find that I can't enter Shortlist comps properly in Firefox, has to be in Chrome so don't know if that will help any?

I'm using safari too, I'm able to enter the stylist competitions. Just tried clearing all the history etc and still no joy. Followed mr Hyde with a different email address and still no luck, I think I'll have to try and email them, thanks for your suggestions

This happens to me all the time! Sometimes it lets me enter and other times it doesn't! I also use Safari!

I use IE and it works ok for me.


The only problem I have with the Shortlist comps is that I haven't won one

If you have Adblock try disabling that for the page and see if it works.

Thanks for the suggestions, unfortunately nothing works, it's so frustrating they have some great competitions
