Took my mortgage out in June '98 and paid it off last week. I was passing the bank while in town shopping and thought 'why not?'.
My owd man once said, "you will never beat the system, but you might be able to hold it to a draw".
Makes sense.
Now to read up on investing before I blow all my spare money on Starbars and Hello Kitty comics.
