Cleaning showerboard

Options
We've just had a new bathroom put in and the tiles have been replaced with black sparkly showerboard, which is lovely, but proving tricky to clean. I cleaned it with a mixture of glass/window cleaner and soapy water (because it had some marks on it that seemed almost greasy that window cleaner would not shift.) It looked lovely until some steam was introduced into the room which showed every swipe of the cloth leaving it looking like a 2 year old had cleaned it. Anyone have any advice/experience? I want to keep it looking nice!

Is it a granite or lookalike thing?

If so clean as usual but buff with a damp microfibre cloth, one that is desinged for mirrors and glass

It's like a laminate wall cladding type stuff.

I dry mine with a squeegee after every shower, do with microfiber cloths when cleaning day to day. When I think it needs a good clean use washing up liquid in hot water with a splash of vinegar then buff it up with microfiber cloth again.

I'd still advise the microfibre cloth to buff it. Has to be the type that's smooth Brings my high gloss doors and granite up a treat
