Batch cooking - Reheating food in takeaways containers

We have recently decided to get into batch cooking to help save us both time and money
.
Mrs Freelander54 spent a few hours at the weekend batch cooking and freezing the following foods:
Tuna pasta bake,
Spaghetti bolognese,
Shepherds pie, bulked out with chunky Veg.
All the above have been put into the foil trays that takeaways come in, as these were available locally for £1 per pack of 10, so we decided to use these for now.
I have defrosted two lots of the Spag Bol for our tea tonight, to go with garlic bread and spices wedges, I am about to warm the Spag Bol up in the oven, but I am unsure as to wether or not to leave the cardboard lids on on not, please could someone advise?
Regards
Chris

Don't leave the cardboard lids on. If you have to cover them I'd use some foil.0
