Options
Hi, hope someone can help me, I have today received a Parking charge notice for parking on the 22nd December 2013, & have read today they are supposed to notify you within 15 days. Clearly this is over, but how I am supposed to prove it & what should I do now please?

I know - took some writing as well, believe me! The easiest approach is a quick complaint if it was a retailer.

You can tell from the Notice to Keeper whether it's POFA compliant, and that is covered...in that 'newbies' sticky thread already mentioned.
