Advice needed for finding limited part time work.

Long time listener, first time caller here. (er, poster actually)
I am hoping to find some advice for myself with regards to work. I have been working for myself for the last few years running a successful business. Unfortunately I have been off work for the last year with clinical depression.
I am now in a position to start gently easing back into work. My ultimate aim is to be back doing what I was doing before. Unfortunately there are costs involved with that. The costs are not high but cover things like lots of international phone calls. The total costs incurred would only be about £150 per month or so. The other negative is the line of work wouldn't actually generate any income for 6-9 months.
At the moment I am receiving Employment and Support Allowance. The DWP has informed me that I can keep that for 12 months while going back to work part time.
Currently we have a shortfall each month of about £350 between what we receive in benefits and what our household overheads are. (We receive mortgage support but it doesn't cover the full mortgage repayments). Adding £150 to that to cover the business working overheads means that I am trying to raise £500 per month ASAP.
I can work 16 hours per week and so can my wife without us losing our current benefits. We can also each earn £100 per week gross. That gives us scope to find work that will allow us to pull in up to £800 per month.
We are looking for work that we can take on as soon as possible. I have a professional reputation to maintain that means I want to avoid taking on any work that is public. If I am trying to get myself back to work in my "full time career" it would raise questions if I am seen doing something else.
We are thinking about some sort of teleworking call centre type work. I have come across a company called "Arise" who seem to do this. They offer work to people who operate via their own limited companies. As we have a limited company already incorporated this wouldn't be an issue.
Are their any other options we could look at? I don't have any qualms about doing any type of work as long as it isn't something I will be spotted doing. That isn't a sense of pride - it would simply raise questions about my competence in my "day job". I haven't told anyone of my time off for depression.

I'm not sure that you understand the provisions for permitted work on ESA, you can only earn £20 per week before your entitlement is affected. Are you claiming for your partner also?0

OP, any increase in income under the permitted work scheme will likely reduce your mortgage help, any council tax assistance you are getting, and may reduce your DLA - JobcentrePlus have to agree to the job before you take it, otherwise they will end your claim.
You can't make 500 quid on the side, and still claim ESA.0
