Another Help to Buy rate query

When you’re searching for a Help to Buy mortgage (with the 20% equity loan) are there separate products with higher interest rates or can you search across the market?

And should we search on a 5% deposit or the full 25%...?

Thanks

Of the lenders accepting HTB - EL. most have named "HTB" or "Affordable Housing" products. Those who don't allow you to choose from their product range and the 75% LTV products if you are only putting down 5% with a 20% EL.
