Prize lost?

Not sure where I stand on this - at the end of november I won a £500 goody bag from stylist, however when it was delivered I was away on a cruise I had won for 2 weeks so missed the delivery. The parcel was returned to stylist. I have emailed a few times since 21st december and had no reply from stylist about getting it resent - any ideas? should I just forget about it now? thanks

Do you have the Ts and Cs? Sometimes they say that they are not responsible, if the prize gets returned to them / lost / stolen, to send it out again.
Perhaps offer to pay for postage costs for them to send it out a second time?0
