1. The prize draw is open to UK and Republic of Ireland residents aged 18 and over, with the exception of Garnier employees, their immediate families or anyone connected with the promotion.
2. No purchase necessary.
3. Entrants must have Internet access to be eligible for the draw.
4. Entry to this draw is free. Only one entry per person. Entries will only be accepted via the official site.
5. Incomplete, illegal, illegible, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted. Responsibility cannot be accepted for lost, damaged or delayed entries whether due to technical problems or otherwise.
6. Entries must be received on or before 5th July 2007. The prize draw will take place on Friday 6th July 2007. The promoter reserves the right to revise this date and extend the period for accepting entries to the prize draw.
7. One (1) entry will be drawn at random and the winner will receive one pair of non-transferable tickets to the Menâ?Ts final at Wimbledonâ?Ts Centre Court On Sunday 8th July.
8. The Winner will be notified by telephone on Friday 6th July 2007. It is up to each entrant to ensure their telephone contact details are correct and they are available to receive calls on the day of Friday 6th July. If the Winner cannot be contacted by 7 pm on Friday 06th July he/she will be deemed to have forfeited the Prize.
9. THE Winner will be reimbursed for 2nd class standard travel expenses inside UK for themselves and their guest up to the total value of £300. Expenses will be reimbursed only on production of a valid receipt within 4 weeks of the final.
10. The prize is as stated and there are no alternatives or cash substitutes.
11. The Promoterâ?Ts decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. The Winner agrees to take part in publicity accompanying or resulting from the promotion. No additional compensation will be awarded for such promotional use.
13. If a prize is declined or if the Winner forfeits the prize under these terms and conditions, then the Promoter may at is absolute discretion draw an alternative winner.
