i also had the screen shot and confirmation for the barbie bike from kays which they cancelled but showing as in stock on littlewoods & great uni. but when i try to call to check if they have stock really they are telling me to call back later!!! i really wanted that bike

Sorry, I didn't realise. I often use the 'Discount codes and Vouchers' board where codes are freely available. If people are being charged full price I suggest they phone and complain, usually works.

.they have recieved phone calls asking where they got the code from and say they are not authorised to use it. just don't want people to get stung thats all, i guess you could return the item if it happens but remember to keep an eye on your bank statements

ETA - the whole site seems to have come to a stand still now!, have taken the safe option and written down what I had in basket as I dont think it's going to check out tonight - I guess they must be loading the sale banners etc on.

I know, I had that problem at Christmas with Littlewoods. I ordered an item with a £20 off code then when it arrived they had taken all the money from my account (I paid by debit card) so I phoned and moaned and they said I wasn't entitled to use the code yet the money was refunded to my bank the next day! I've never had any problems using codes with Kayslifestyle though and they're basically the same as Littlewoods.

Think you are only allowed 16 things in your basket, then you start getting error message...or this is what happened to me so I closed the window, had to start all over again and do 2 orders......

:T Ordered 3 items last night and at 7.30 i was trying them on, never had a problem with additions/littlewoods, but if you are a first time customer except some knock backs, as they do prioritise for regular customers! I'm an additions addict!!! :eek:

I ordered 7 items late lastnight, all on nextday delivery and when I check my account online today they all have a delivery date of 05/07/07, I tried to ring but because of the sale there not taking calls !!!! all I can do is hope that date is wrong:think:

I ordered monday night and they told me 05/07 for deliveries even on my account it has that date...Yet this morning most things were delivered
