A Holiday!!! is it a scam?

I know you are all thinking 'you lucky so and so!'
This is my first ever win! But I am questioning it!! Why you ask, well is it a scam!!
Has anyone else had the 'call'.
I can't remember which site it was that I won it on!
but i have won a weeks holiday for 4 people to either of these places:
Turkey
Austria
Spain
the Canaries
It is available to me for 18 months, all I have to do is pay £29.50 booking fee per person.
I also need to ring an 0800 number to register with the booking people, so I can get all the information through the post!
the women who rang me was very nice, and advised me that the number is only free on landlines or call boxes, as she rang it last week on her mobile and it cost her £15!!
So what do you seasoned campaigners think, is this a scam?
