What have / will you spend today? Monday 25th June 2007

Morning everyone

Today I've spent £2.63 on Listerine (OH has ulcers again, it helps) and a shocking £4.03 on first class stamps - which admittedly will last most of the year as I generally post things at work, but still... eek.

On plus side, following HOURS of internet scouring for a cheap van to move stuff with at the weekend, OH's Dad is borrowing one from his work for £25 - a good £60 cheaper than our best best quote. Hurrah!

Keep it low, everyone x

:hello: Hi Bobbadog, and all who follow.

Going to try and keep it VERY low this week after a big overspend last week, and slightly short til payday.

At worst 60p today on a cold can of Diet Coke to sooth my very sore throat! I already have cough sweets, Echinacea and ibruprofen. Also have an ear infection but it's not too bad today! I'm falling apart :rotfl:

Stay dry and keep it low!

Hi Bobbadog, Skint_Catt and the gang,

    I've alreay spent:

£1.60 on my bus fare and 75p on a Pain au chocolat. I don't feel guilty as I've not been at home all week and had no food in the house and my bicycle is locked up at work. I Will be cycling home.

I will have to buy lunch as I didn't have anything in to make sandwiches. I will be grocery shopping tonight. But that's a seperate budget item :D

I need to keep it low for the rest of the week because I'm visiting friends at the weekend, so need funds.

    Hi everyone....

    A NSD for me today...:j

Just had lunch...mmmm salmon and veggies...and dragged out prawns, fillet, pork loins plus a lobster and a crab oh and a huge lump of salmon out of the freezer.... have to get freezer emptied and cleaned out on wednesday ready for removal men on friday....
so im cooking the meat up and putting it in the fridge..and will use it up on dinners and packed lunches for hubby...he may end up with some weired concoctions but he will cope:D ....
determined to use as much as we can... or at least the best stuff first...shame hubby doesnt like salmon....will have to use it myself...:D may have to throw some stuff out :o but will make sure its nothing major...honest:D

Have phoned hubby at work asking for him to pick up some milk, teabags and a loaf of bread... i may end up on murder charges if i have to carry on packing without regular cuppas....have 2 sample teabags for hard water to last me until hubby gets home:eek: ....so its a no spend day for me...but not hubby:rotfl: :rotfl:

Am stuck at home all week, packing and awaiting the steady stream of workmen, packing assesors and removal men:o ...so guess i will be having a no spend week:T .....closely followed by a nervous breakdown:p
