I was contacted by CSA in 2012 to call them urgently. so I called up Hastings CSA said that they has sent me a letter and wished to speak to me Urgently!! Gave the lady on the Phone my details, the reference Numbers on the Letter, thank you she said. I will now ask you some security questions. Ok, no probs. Child's full Name+ Got That Right. Date of Birth+ Got That Right Too. What date do you make payment to the CSA. I don't know I said and before i could say any more she said I had failed the security questions and put the phone down! So I rang back explained that I just called as the CSA sent a letter and I have just failed the security question or maybe I have rung MI6 by mistake.

So I go through the same stuff again except when I get to the what date do I pay the CSA, I tell her that this as far as I got Before, and can I please explain that the CSA deduct the money at source from my NHS Injury Benefit that I receive. I receive what's left from the NHS and have no idea when the NHS give it to CSA but being she has my details on her computer she should bloody know when the money arrives. So you guessed it, sorry you have failed the security questions and hung up.

I did call again and failed another 3 times but on the 4th time I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager and said look I have rung many times today. He said I can see you have. you want to speak to me I told him. please help me. This guy was brill he listened to me and promised that I would be contacted within a couple of weeks. Well it's Now Jan 2014 and guess what nothing! zilch! Not even a Christmas card!

Maybe if I parked my caravan at CSA Hastings as that's all I can afford to live in do you think they might talk to me?

Still, I am 52 had 3 Heart Attacks and have a Mental Illness so when I go, The NHS will give them !!!!!! all!

The secret is this: Go through your MP.

Even if you do 'pass' the security questions then you are on an up hill struggle for them to do their job properly.

Edit: I remember going through the security questions with one supercilious missy. I rattled them all off before she asked them and then we got on to some really obscure ones. I failed the...'what are the last 4 digits of your bank account number?' Of course I got it wrong and then ' you failed the security question' and she cut me off. That was after I had already told her the name of my bank, the last amount of maintenance paid and the date!
