As far as im aware, any and all benefits are assessed at £5/week, and alltho not called a Deo, we can deduct benefit at source.
  • Thanks. I have had a Deduction From Earnings since 2010. My NHS Injury Benefit per month is £478.83 and the Deduction is £150.46 per month leaving me with £328.37

I receive no other Benefits and am Unemployed. I spoke to the CSA today and they informed me that I was accessed as being self employed!! They said they would look into it and get back to me, which is what they said 1 year ago!!
  • Best advice is to call in every few days, Things get done if people call in, and cases do get left un-attended if not, its not right by any means, but the more you call the more im presented with your case, so try once a week until you get an answer.
