Reporting a company for not giving legally entitled breaks

Does anyone know how I go about reporting a company for breaking rules regarding breaks and working hours? The company in question is a large UK employer who is breaking the rules regarding hours between shifts and legally entitled breaks on a regular basis and I am sick of them getting away with it.

Is there a body I can report this too?
