Win but no contact

On 11th or 12 Dec @CastleAndGarden tweeted saying that I was the 1000th follower and had won LED candles. Not a big prize but any win is good. I immediately that day sent my details via DM as asked in their tweet. They didn't respond to the message and I waited a couple of weeks and DM'd them again asking if they had got my details before as I had heard nothing back. That was two weeks ago and they haven't responded to that either. So 2 days ago I actually tweeted them and they've ignored that too lol Anyone any advice as to what to do next? They're tweeting most days so someone is there. Its the principle I think and I don't like being conned. Thanks for any help

It's not been long I would leave it for a while personally and I am sure they will get in touch.

Thanks for replying . Its not the delivery of the prize its that they've refused to respond via dm or twitter for nearly a month since they announced the win in a public tweet. I can't think of a reason why they would ignore dm's for a month. They're tweeting regularly.

That's just plain rude, it wouldn't take a minute to just reply saying that they have your details and perhaps wouldn't be posting your prize out until after the holidays.

Hi just came across this thread, i was a winner with them also for the 500 followers, took a while but i received mine before christmas. they never responded to my Dm of details either but they did tweet saying winners prizes had been sent out. I hope you get your prize soon xx
