We were moved out of the area of one of the best BDMs I've ever come across by an alteration of their panel postcodes. She won an award not too long ago, Lisa from NatWest.I am a mortgage broker. [QUOTE=If I were you, I'd be asking more questions with regards to the roleplay. You may find that figures are of importance to them, or completely irrelevant - likely the latter. It certainly wouldn't hurt to have an understanding of their lending criteria however.
Also, which element of the role are they going to be roleplaying against? I'm sure all brokers on here have some sort of experience with a BDM that's popped into their office, but they might have you doing a presentation on their products to a group of brokers (say an estate agency based team) for example.
No harm in asking questions and just letting them know that as you're serious about the role you believe it's in your best interests to be as well prepared as you possibly can be.[/QUOTE]
Thanks, they have said they will tell me more about the roleplay on the day - so like you said could be anything! I have a feeling it will be an initial contact? Im not sure apart from what you have mentioned re presentations they could do roleplay wiseI am a Mortgage Broker
