Non EU Resident Mortgage

Hi was wondering if anyone could help me.

I am looking for lenders that take on non EU residents that do not reside in the UK.

The applicant is quite wealthy and is willing to to pay upto 30% deposit.

Any help appreciated!

This might sound a silly question but are they after buying in the UK?

Try this site, they may be able to help. BTW I think a maximum LTV of 70% is usually allowed in such cases.
In case you hadn't already worked it out - the entire global financial system is predicated on the assumption that you're an idiot:cool:

PLenty of lenders will do non EU nationals/foreign nationals with a deposit of 30%

Please note the link provided is for ex-pat deals i.e UK nationals living abroad.

So those deals may not be an option for your clients
