CCA 12+2 advice please

I sent a letter last tuesday (recorded) regarding the CCA giving them 12+2 days but according to the track and trace it has only been delivered today! So do I now have to wait 12 days from now? I wrote that they had until the 4th of July to respond in my letter.

Sadly, I think this is right. It may well be that no one would accept the letter originally so it had to be redelivered.

Definately stick to your timetable, if you change the dates from those on your letter they could be funny0
