Bargain extra thick cream

I want to make a baked cheesecake (a recipe I've used many times before) but the recipe calls for 100ml of double cream and I only have extra thick (reduced price of course). Do I need to thin it down with either milk or single cream (also bought reduced price!)?

    Yes, thin it down slightly otherwise your end result will be thick and claggy.
