How long does it take to receive confirmation email...as I signed up 45 mins ago but no email and can't seem to log in....thought maybe I've put wrong email in,but have been on chat and my name is not showing at my address!!
Will contact tomorrow again as maybe not in system yet.
Just hope my details haven't gone to someone else.

I've done this twice for 2 different offers and cancelled both times via live chat. On the 2nd occasion I cancelled he said okay and so please tell me your name email address and DOB, thankfully I remembered all those details (I used my sons details) so if you going to use different email addresses, names etc you need to remember who you signed up as. And remember to send yourself copy of your live chat transcript just in case.

The sun are quiet slow at sending the vouchers out. So, allow as a minimum 6 weeks to 8 weeks.

I've signed up on my iPad but if I try to talk to an online advisor my keyboard doesn't appear so I can't type anything! Any ideas?
