I'm not sure but that was the only reason I could see it being so high because it's so close to the house in high winds if it fell it would trash the house (possibly?) I am just assuming that it is what it is because it asked me lots of questions about it even just looking for contents insurance.
I rent and have only contents insurance and I've never been asked about my neighbours.
My contents is less than £50 a year.
I could see the tree affecting buildings insurance.
