Hi, we have just moved in.
I wondered if we are to recieve any paperwork from the solicitor such as the deeds.

Deeds are now held electronically at Land Registry.
Your solicitor should pass over any paperwork relating to the property that they've received. Really will be of historical interest only.0 -
There may be no deeds.
They may send you a copy of the transfer forms lodged with the Land Registry.
Much will depend on the age of the property and what was given to the solicitor by the vendor's side.I am a mortgage broker.
