Problems updating Roboform ...

Hi,

Don't know if anyone can help : I want to update Roboform version 6 to Roboform Everywhere. I'm being prompted to input my original order ID in order to get the discount, but haven't a clue what this is - tried name/nick name, etc., but nothing seems to work.

Any ideas anyone?

I had to contact RoboForm recently about getting my version onto my new PC. The reply they came back with included original order id & number, Have you tried contacting them? Just create a ticket (query) on their website. They're very good & quite quick to reply.

Your order id is the number given to you when you purchased the original version, it should be on your email receipt. If you don't have it try emailing them or messaging on fb

You should be able to update using your Roboform log in details. From memory, you can either type in the ID or log in information.

You need to log in to raise a ticket.

They are always very helpful and friendly though, and would help solve the problem.

I have asked RoboForm for help in the past & they were very helpful. To find my ID I just search my email account via "RoboForm" & all my purchases etc show up. The ID is tagged to each email.
