Happy New Year everybody!


I read everyday but post very rarely. Resolution is to change this as I have learned so much in the three years since I found you all.


Anyway, apart from the obvious ( on leftover mince pies) is there anything I can make with the cream? Am a bit stuck for inspiration.

    Cheesecake? mix the cream with soft cheese and icing sugar, pour onto biscuit base and chill, top with grated baileys chocs......mmmmm
