Was the wrong rate from the date you started till now? Have you been there more than 2 years?As I have mentioned it could work in my favour, I have no gripe about the job or conditions.The gripe is because they are wanting money back from me because they have realised that they have been paying me the wrong rate.

I was on one rate as part time and then when I was made full time permanent 39 hrs I went up to a higher rate (which i did query) which was just over 18 months ago. All in all I have been there about two and a half years.0
