What are people's experiences of this site? Good/bad? My OH and I have been using them for a while problem free until recently. OH had his account deleted about a month ago, no replies to emails so he doesn't know what he's supposed to have done - he got an email invitation one day, clicked through to take the survey within about an hour of the email being sent, and found he was no longer able to log in. Today my account seems to have been deleted too as I can't log in either. No idea why as we both take care with our surveys, no rushing etc. Mine's weird as I haven't even completed a survey with them recently so not sure why they've suddenly decided to close my account. Has this happened to anyone else and if so did you manage to get it sorted?

i had few little surveys when i started with them, but in the last few months not a single invite, so deleted account myself. They also did not reply to my email.
I think list of best survey sites should be updated by MSE as it is outdated and inaccurate.

Still with them but I get screened out of the majority of the surveys, so in terms of rewards, very little.
