I won a cider & goodie bag back in November and I reminded them in December it had not arrived - they promised to send. Still not here. This is the first comp I've won that's not arrived? What do I do?

I would suggest keep moaning at them.
If still no Joy I guess you can complain here
Although you usually have to give around 28 days for a prize to arrive so if it was late November they may just be busy regarding Christmas and New Year and not had the time to sort it out yet.
